Brady has lackluster performance vs. Seahawks

FOXBORO, Mass. (WHDH) -- He set a new career high in passing attempts yesterday, but a little more quality and a little less quantity might have served Tom Brady better.
There's no doubt Tom Brady is one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL, but Brady played like an average QB against the Seattle Seahawks.
"I think that’s football; you make mistakes in the game. It certainly isn't a game of perfect. You have to overcome whatever mistakes you make,” Brady said after the game.
Brady threw two touchdowns and a season high of 395 passing yards -- but those numbers are misleading. Brady was intercepted twice, including once in the end zone.
"I just wish I executed better, to tell you the truth,” Brady said.
One of Brady's two intentional grounding calls required a ten second runoff to end the first half with zero points to show.
“They trust me to be smart with the ball and to get three at the worst and I just made a bad play," said Brady.
That play would come back to haunt the Patriots, given the fact Seattle won by only one point.
“A lot of things we could have done better to not be in that situation. We have to do a better job and I have to do a better job," Brady said.
The Patriots will face the Jets this Sunday in Foxboro.
