BURLINGTON, Mass. (WHDH) -- Fans came out to give Aly Raisman their congratulations for a job well done in London, but another kind of fan had a similar message for Aly. It was delivered in a more unforgettable way.

 “It’s incredible. Huge congratulations to her. I know I did tweet to her and its kind of funny she tweeted back with all the other people tweeting back at her,” said Tyler Seguin.

 Aly had had no idea what she was in for when 7News asked her to watch a video -- well, almost no idea.

 “I knew it was going to be him,” said Aly.

 There has been no shortage of celebrities sending Aly their congratulations, but lately she’s seemed most excited about a recent tweet from the Boston Bruins star. 7News asked again about the tweet and the feeling seems mutual.

 “Definitely very proud. I know she’s a hockey fan, so all the best and that was pretty amazing,” said Seguin.

 Aly had a simple message to send back to Seguin.

 “That’s really cool and I would love to meet him,” said Aly.

 But, Seguin may have to wait his turn because for now there’s a long line of athletes waiting to meet the gold medalist.
