Off-duty firefighter saves woman from burning car

ST. GEORGE, LA (WHDH) -- A car went up in flames in Louisiana. An off-duty firefighter dragged the woman inside to safety.
He ran up to the car, which was stuck under the big rig and smashed out a window, with the help of a state trooper.
They were then able to pull that woman out of the smoke-filled car.
"I realized that she was still alive and by that time the whole car was just full of smoke so I went back out. I took my jacket off -- I had a flannel jacket. I went back in there. I put that over her face and I moved the seatbelt,” said Jonathan Dixon, of the St. George, Louisiana Fire Department.
Police said the driver of that car was suffering from a medical condition.
They said she lost consciousness and swerved underneath the tractor-trailer.
