4 schools in safe mode after armed home invasion

ROXBURY (WHDH) -- Four schools have temporarily gone into safe mode after an armed home invasion on Livingston Street in Dorchester.
A nearby supermarket in Roxbury went into lockdown and shoppers were stuck inside for hours as officers investigated.
The suspect police are searching for was involved in a home invasion in Dorchester about two miles away from the super market.
There were people were home at the time, but there are no reports of any injuries.
Two of the suspects have been caught and they continue to search for a third.
One woman said she was locked in the supermarket for about two hours as police ran inside the store with search dogs searching for the suspect.
“We don’t know, we just see people running in and out, where it was going on,” she said.
The scene at the supermarket was cleared after the search turned up empty.
The four nearby schools that went into safe mode include Burke High School, Frederick Middle School, Haynes Early Learning Center and the King School.
