FOXBORO, Mass. (WHDH) -- A judge ruled that a lawsuit against New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft involving e 2008 deaths of two women can go to trial.
The two were drunk when they died in crash after leaving Kraft-owned Gillette Stadium.
The lawsuit was filed by the family of one of the two women who died in the drunk-driving crash that happened after they left a concert.
The victims’ families said the stadium and Kraft are responsible for the deaths because they allowed underage drinking to go on in the stadium parking lot.
Kraft’s lawyer said no one in the parking lot served or sold alcohol to anyone who was tailgating.
