WRENTHAM, Mass. (WHDH) -- Black Friday shoppers that like to head to Wrentham outlets are in luck.

The town's planning board voted to allow it, but only if at least 10 cameras were installed and fully functional by November 22.

The town had considered pulling the plug on the early-morning Black-Friday shopping, citing safety concerns.
