Men detained before Springsteen concert sue Foxboro PD

FOXBORO, Mass. (WHDH) -- Two men from Maine who were detained before the Bruce Springsteen concert at Gillette last month are suing the Foxboro Police Department.
The men said they were wrongfully held for hours simply because officers can detain people they believe to be intoxicated.
