Coast Guard calls off search for missing kayaker

SWAMPSCOTT, Mass. (WHDH) -- The Coast Guard called off the hunt for a missing kayaker in Swampscott.
The 23-year-old was last seen leaving Fisherman’s Beach on Saturday, and never returned to shore. His boat washed up Saturday night.
The Coast Guard searched the area for more than 24 hours without any sign of the missing man.
