Stoughton men face charges in roommate's death
STOUGHTON, Mass. (AP) -- Two Stoughton men are headed to court in connection with the weekend death of their roommate.
Authorities say 50-year-old Robert Westbrooks and 40-year-old Edward Aguiar are scheduled to be arraigned Monday on charges of domestic assault and battery.
Both men were arrested Saturday after 52-year-old Jonathan Munro was taken to Good Samaritan Hospital in Brockton, where he was pronounced dead.
All three men lived at the same address.
Norfolk District Attorney Michael Morrissey and Stoughton Police Chief Paul Shastany say an autopsy was scheduled on the body and the investigation remains open.
It was not clear if the defendants had lawyers.
