Plows ready for snow on North Shore

GLOUCESTER, Mass. (WHDH) -- Dozens of plows were lined up and ready as the snow began to fall in Gloucester Monday.

As the night went on, the snow started to taper off and roads cleared.

Initially, Gloucester was supposed to get up to eight inches of snow, but as of 10:30, there was only a dusting on the ground.

Gloucester is expected to get three to four inches of snow.
