Officials believe dog started Swampscott fire

SWAMPSCOTT, Mass. (WHDH) -- Officials believe the family dog caused the fire at a Swampscott home on Thursday.
Officials believe the dog, which died in the fire, may have accidentally turned on the stove while walking across the kitchen counter.
No other injuries were reported in the fire.
