BILLERICA, Mass. (WHDH) -- A police standoff in Billerica came to an end with no injuries Monday night.

The SWAT team was called into the area when a man accused of opening fire on a neighbor's home refused to surrender to officers.

Police evacuated nearby homes and businesses as a precaution.

The man gave himself up to police Monday night.
