PORTLAND, Maine (AP) -- An attorney for two suspected johns in a prostitution case in Kennebunk has filed a new motion to keep their names from being made public.

Stephen Schwartz withdrew an appeal with the Maine supreme court Monday and filed a complaint in superior court asking that the names of the alleged customers of a woman charged with prostitution be kept private. He's also asking that criminal charges not be pursued against them.

Schwartz says publishing names and prosecuting the alleged customers will cause irreparable harm.

Zumba fitness instructor Alexis Wright has pleaded not guilty to 106 counts of prostitution, invasion of privacy and other charges for allegedly selling sex for money and secretly videotaping the encounters. Her business partner has pleaded not guilty to 59 misdemeanor counts.
