WAKEFIELD, Mass. (WHDH) -- Hundreds of walkers were on the move in Wakefield for the 16th annual Buddy Walk and family picnic.

Families came to together for a day of food and fun and to raise awareness to support adults and children with Down Syndrome.

Former "The Voice" contestant James Massone also performed for the event.
