SOUTH BURLINGTON, Vt. (AP) -- South Burlington police now say the man suspected of robbing a Vermont bank and getting away on a bicycle is no longer a suspect.

Shortly after the July 5 robbery of the People's United Bank branch on Dorset Street, police released surveillance images of man on a bicycle they had considered to be a suspect in the robbery.

Police now say the man in the image has been identified and is no longer considered a suspect. The bicyclist had a similar appearance to the suspect and was in the area moments before.
