3-alarm fire engulfs multi-family home in Chelsea

CHELSEA, Mass. (WHDH) -- Fire crews are on the scene of a three-alarm fire that is engulfing a multi-family home on Congress Street in Chelsea.
Firefighters are battling the flames in 15-degree weather.
At temperatures like this water can freeze and sometimes hydrants freeze.
There are no reports of injuries at this time.
