WOBURN, Mass. (WHDH) -- Many people are shocked by the case of a Wakefield man who is accused of 100 counts of rape and battery of 13 babies and toddlers.

Some of those people went to the Woburn courthouse Wednesday to see the suspect, 49-year-old John Burbine, for themselves. One group of observers, Bikers Against Abusing Kids, was at the courthouse.

Bikers Against Abusing Kids was co-founded by a member whose daughter was sexually assaulted. The group’s mission is to protect and defend abused children worldwide.

After watching Wednesday’s arraignment, the group had nothing but contempt for Burbine.

“We’re here for children,” said Zach Giannette of Bikers Against Abusing Kids. “This guy ripped me apart. I’d like five minutes with him. That’s what I would like.”

The group says they offer their support to any child that has been sexually abused until the child turns 18. They say they’ll even testify in court if necessary.
