NEWTON, Mass. (WHDH) -- Upper Falls Variety Store in Newton sold a winning scratch ticket worth $1 million.

The store’s owner said it is the biggest ticket he’s ever sold and it is going up on his wall of fame. The previous high ticket was for $200,000.

His store will get $10,000 for selling the winning ticket.
