MIDDLEBORO, Mass. (WHDH) -- The following is a Massachusetts State Police Advisory.

 State Police confirmed the crash that occurred on Route 105 in Middleboro resulted in two fatalities and another victim was seriously injured.

 Route 495 was reopened on both the north and south sides. From Route 495 southbound to Route 105 remains closed.

The crash occurred at 6:35 p.m. at the interchange between Route 105 and Route 495 in Middleboro.

I-495 southbound was closed to accommodate a medical helicopter.
