Students injured in Lexington school bus crash

LEXINGTON, Mass. (WHDH) -- A school bus crash in Lexington left several students injured.

It happened around 8:20 Friday morning on Spring Street and Concord Street.

It’s believed two cars got in an accident and the school bus could not stop, then hitting the two cars.

Three elementary school age children were transported to the hospital with minor injuries - most likely, bumps and bruises.

A driver of one of the cars was also taken to the hospital.

The school bus was bringing students to the Bridge Elementary School in Lexington.
