BOSTON (WHDH) -- Court documents quote reputed mob boss, James “Whitey” Bulger as saying he never gave information to the FBI.

Prosecutors said that information comes from a phone call between Bulger and his brother Jack last September.

In the profanity-filled call, Bulger told his brother, "I'm up to my (expletive) ears in it. ....what they did is they wrote reports making themselves look like Whitey told us what -- I never told them a (expletive) thing...I never gave them (expletive) information. Nothin'. Nothin'."

Bulger has said the FBI gave him immunity for nineteen murders.

That deal was in exchange for information on criminal activity.

Bulger went on the run in 1995, and was captured in California in 2011.

He trial date was set for June.
