Boston PD soon to be armed with iPads

BOSTON (WHDH) -- Boston Police officers will soon be armed with iPads.
According to the Globe, the Boston Police Department is planning on buying 100 tablet computers.
The iPad will allow an officer to check for warrants and use software for language translation and tracking stolen property.
The computers should arrive next month.
