New deal for former Filene's site in Downtown Crossing

BOSTON (WHDH) -- There's a new deal that could see development on the former Filene’s Basement site in Downtown Crossing.
According to the Globe, advertising firm Arnold Worldwide was negotiating a lease.
The deal could see construction resume as early as April on the $620million project.
Development stalled on the site five years ago.
