Boston police investigate Saturday killing

BOSTON (AP) -- Police said a man who died after he was found lying in the street with a head injury in Boston's Financial District may have been involved in a fight.
The victim was found by police unconscious at Franklin and Broad streets just after 2:15 a.m. Saturday. He was pronounced dead at a hospital.
A police spokesman says it appears he had been in a "physical altercation."
Police have not named the victim, but his employer tells the Boston Herald he was 27-year-old Steven DiRoberto of Worcester.
Maxwell Burke, an owner of Boston Luxe Real Estate, where DiRoberto was a licensed real estate salesman, said the victim was on the fast track to becoming a partner.
DiRoberto was a 2008 Worcester State University graduate where he played on the baseball team.
