BOSTON (WHDH) -- The best of the best showed off their skills behind the wheel Friday in the annual “MBTA Bus Roadeo.”
Twelve drivers competed in the final round Friday morning. They navigated a tricky obstacle course.
The defending champion took home the title again this year and shared the secrets of success.
“Stay focused, relax. Don’t be in a hurry. Take your time. Safety is the first thing. Don’t be in a hurry, take your time. Check your mirrors at all times and everything should be okay,” said Willis Rose.
Rose is a 17-year veteran of the MBTA and has never had an accident.
This was his third “Roadeo” win.
