Two people shot in Chelsea, 2 of 4 suspects at large

CHELSEA, Mass. (WHDH) -- Two people were shot in Chelsea, and two of the four suspects remain at large.
The shooting happened on Spencer Avenue.
Police chased the alleged shooter's car to Revere where two suspects were arrested and two others ran off.
One victim was taken to Mass General, the other went to Whidden Hospital in Everett.
