Plans for park, amphitheater in Downtown Crossing

BOSTON (WHDH) -- New plans are being proposed for downtown crossing include a park and amphitheater.
At a meeting this week, a developer proposed building the new structures in a wedge shaped plaza at Washington and Franklin Streets.
It’s part of a larger plan for the 620-million dollar Millennium Tower Project that's been proposed for the area.
