BOSTON (AP) -- A reputed high-ranking member of the New England mob and an associate are returning to court for sentencing after they were convicted of ordering a break-in at a Boston-area home to steal heroin and money.

A Suffolk Superior court judge will sentence 52-year-old Mark Rossetti of East Boston and his co-defendant, 30-year-old Yasmani Quezada of Revere, on Thursday.

They were convicted of breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony.

Prosecutors said the men ordered two associates to break into the Roslindale home in 2010.

Rossetti faces a separate trial on charges of drug trafficking, extortion, robbery and assault. He was among 31 people arrested in 2010 after a yearlong investigation into organized crime and drug trafficking. Prosecutors said Rossetti was a capo in the New England mob.
