State Police allowing crowds to return to Esplanade

BOSTON (WHDH) -- The following is a Massachusetts State Police advisory.
We are returning visitors to the Esplanade for the resumption of the concert and fireworks show.
There have been no serious injuries reported and no arrests on the Esplanade today.
