FOXBORO, Mass. (WHDH) -- A crash in Foxboro killed one person when a motorcycle and a van collided.

The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital where later pronounced dead.

A passenger in the van was air-lifted to Mass General, where she's in critical condition.

Witnesses said the van failed to yield to the oncoming motorcycle and they collided.

The driver of the van has been arrested and charged with vehicular homicide.
