BOSTON (AP) -- The largest health insurers in Massachusetts said they plan to keep two popular provisions of the federal health care law even if the U.S. Supreme Court decides to overturn it.

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and Tufts Health Plan said in statements to The Boston Globe they would continue to allow young adults to remain on their parents' insurance plans up to age 26.

They also said they would cover an array of preventive services with no copayments, as outlined by the federal law. That includes certain immunizations and screening for diabetes, depression, and colorectal and breast cancer.

Blue Cross Chief Executive Andrew Dreyfus said the benefits provide stability to membership.

The Supreme Court is expected to release its ruling on the law this month.
