Arrest made after fatal stabbing of Boston woman

BOSTON (AP) -- A woman has been arrested following the stabbing death of a mother of five in a South Boston public housing development.
Boston police say 20-year-old Sara Kelly of Boston was arrested shortly after the stabbing Friday night at the Old Colony apartments.
Authorities have not yet disclosed the identity of the 38-year-old victim. She was pronounced dead at Boston Medical Center.
Police say they believe the victim and Kelly knew each other.
A neighbor tells The Boston Herald that the victim was a mother of five and a longtime resident of the Old Colony apartments.
Police also questioned a male resident of the development who is believed to be a witness to the attack.
The incident remains under investigation.
