Ernest Wallace headed to Mass. to face charges
BOSTON -- Ernest Wallace, one of the men wanted in connection with the murder in North Attleboro is on his way back to Massachusetts.
The 41-year-old is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday afternoon.
Wallace has been behind bars in Florida, since he surrendered to police last week.
Wallace has now been turned over to Massachusetts officials. He is charged with "accessory to murder" related to the June 17th killing of Odin Lloyd.
Prosecutors said Hernandez arranged the murder.
Aaron Hernandez remains in jail until his new court date. Prosecutors said Hernandez orchestrated the murder of Odin Lloyd. Investigators found Lloyd's body not far from the former Patriots player's home. Hernandez has pleaded not guilty.
