MATTPAN, Mass. (WHDH) -- Police in Mattapan were investigating a deadly shooting.

The victim was shot multiple times.

Officers spotted a car driving away from the area.

There was a short chase and the three suspects in that car got out - and tried to run away.

Police were able to catch one of them -- and were still searching for the other two Monday morning.

Police also found a loaded gun when they later searched the area for evidence.
