MSPCA-Nevins Farm Pet of the Week: Rafiki the cat

This past weekend Rafiki, a sweet one-year-old cat living at the MSPCA-Nevins Farm adoption center, watched 145 other cats go to permanent homes as part of the MSPCA’s “Fall in Love” adult cat adoptathon. This adorable and good natured feline was passed over because he has a heart murmur, which likely discouraged adopters from picking him. Despite his murmur, which doesn’t slow him down or affect his health at all (and may never be a problem for him), the adoption staff is confident he’d make a fabulous companion for a lonely feline who likes to play.
Rafiki loves to be brushed, cuddle with people and greet new folks when they come visit. He’s an outgoing cat for whom the MSPCA would love to find the perfect home. He is neutered and can go to his new home today!
