BOSTON, Mass. (WHDH) -- Boston Fire Department responded to an overturned taxi cab at the intersection of Traveler St. and Albany St. at 2:00 p.m. Thursday.

One person was trapped in the care. Boston Fire, EMS, Police and Transportation personnel were on the scene. Firefighters worked on side using the jaws of life while EMS worked from the other side. The person was extracted and transported by Boston EMS.

Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
