Stress not always to blame for stubborn breakouts
UNDATED (WHDH) -- We've all dealt with those stubborn skin breakouts, but it's not always stress that's the cause.
Your hair, water, toothpaste and even your daily latte could be the culprits.
Your hair -- specifically the products you put in it - can also block pores.
Using dandruff shampoo can help because it's anti-bacterial.
Other causes of breakouts include hard water, which doesn't rinse away soap effectively.
Toothpaste can also have a part in it - fluoride and whitening agents can irritate your skin if they get on it.
Finally, the milk in those daily lattes can spur production of hormones that make you break out.
Try switching to soy or almond milk instead.
