1. Eligibility:

The NEW MOON Contest ("Promotion") is open to anyone who is eighteen (18) years of age or older. Employees of WHDH-TV/WLVI-TV, Sunbeam Television, advertising and promotion agencies involved with this Promotion and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of such employees, are not eligible to participate. By entering this Promotion, participants consent to be bound by these rules (the "Official Rules"). All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Sponsors/Administrator:

The Sponsors of the Promotion are WHDH-TV/WLVI-TV & Sunbeam Television.

3. Promotion Period:

November 2-10, 2009 (for V.I.P. Grand Prize); November 2-15 (for Advance Screening)

4. Promotion Description & Method of Entry:

Viewers must go online to either WHDH.com and join our Facebook page, or to CW56.com to join and become a CW56 Twitter fan any time during the promotion dates. All eligible entries received by November 2-10, 2009 (for V.I.P. Grand prize); November 2-15 (for Advance Screening) will be entered to win.

5. Conditions for Participation and Validation of Entries:

Only entries submitted via 7News Facebook Fan and CW56 Twitter fan will be accepted. Any attempt to submit entries via other means (mail, e-mail, telephone) will not be permitted. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. THIS IS OUTLINED MORE CLEARLY BELOW. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost and/or incomplete entries, which will be disqualified.

6. Selection of Winner:

All eligible entries received by November 2-10, 2009 (for V.I.P. Grand Prize); November 2-15 (for Advance Screening) will be considered. Winners will be chosen at random by WHDH-TV/WLVI-TV. All decisions are final.

7. Grand Prize (one):

- Two Grand Prizes: (2) V.I.P. passes to meet cast members from the movie NEW MOON on Thursday, November 12th, 2009 at the Natick Mall, plus 2 tickets to an advance screening of the movie on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 in Boston; (12) 2nd Place Prizes: 12 pairs of tickets to an advance screening of the movie on Wednesday, November 18, 2009 in Boston. In the event a winner eighteen (18) years of age or older is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of parent/legal guardian. No substitution is permitted. No transfer of any prize is permitted.

8. Winner Notification:

Winners will be notified by phone or e-mail. If the winner cannot be reached, the winner (as applicable) will forfeit the prize, and a second contestant's name will be selected at random to receive the prize. Odds of winning the prize depends on number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

9. General Conditions:

a. Entrants fully and unconditionally agree and accept to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors, which shall be final. Sponsors have the right to modify these rules in their sole discretion for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion. b. Except where prohibited, winner grants to Sponsors and their advertising agencies the right to use, and publish his or her proper name on-air on WHDH-TV and/or WLVI-TV, without additional compensation. c. Entrants enter at their own risk. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, ineligible or unintelligible entries; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsors that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or from participation in the Promotion; or (iv) any printing or typographical error in any materials associated with these Official Rules or the Promotion generally. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, and release Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates from any such liability. PLEASE NOTE THAT A HIGH VOLUME OF ENTRIES MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY INABILITY TO ENTER THE GAME OR A DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES SUCH THAT YOUR ENTRY IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME TO PARTICIPATE. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and Sponsors in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Massachusetts.
